2. Crafting Your Bespoke Safari
Based on our conversation, I'll design your personalised luxury safari itinerary. The proposal will be carefully tailored to your wishes, and I might even include a surprise "curveball" option to inspire your sense of adventure.
3. Refine Your Safari Together
We'll work collaboratively to perfect your itinerary. I'll provide a detailed day-by-day programme complete with luxury lodges, wildlife activities, and private transfers. You can be as involved in this process as you'd like - I'll keep refining until it's exactly right.
4. Secure Your African Adventure
Once you're completely satisfied with your safari itinerary:
• A deposit (25-30%) secures all your arrangements
• I'll create your personalised ‘Lucie Thaxter Safaris’ mobile travel App with your complete itinerary, with all documentation and travel details at your fingertips.
• Final payment is due 12 weeks before departure
5. Your Luxury Safari Experience
Throughout your journey I make sure everything runs seamlessly. My partners on the ground keep me updated on all aspects of your adventure and we’re on hand if any changes are required.
6. Welcome Home!
